Optimal Wellness Package

Weekly meetings for six months.

This package is designed to get you to know yourself, your habits, and your optimal lifestyle better. It includes 18 50 minute consultations; four specialized sessions as well as a Vedic Birth Chart Reading. Specialized offerings are 75 minutes and include any or all of the following: grocery store educational field trips, personal pantry overhauls, virtual cooking sessions; and personalized fitness programs. Session summaries will be sent each week.
