Our web server for Whole Health & Healing collects and saves the default information usually logged by Web Server software. The server logs contain the following information for each request: time and date, IP originating address and domain name, page requested, and the completion status of the request. These logs help us to determine the best ways to improve our service to you.
The server logs may be kept for an indefinite period of time and maybe used for whatever means necessary to prevent breaches in security and to ensure the integrity of all the data on our server.
All medical charts are in secure storage. Requests for medical records could take up to 10 business days as required by HIPAA.
